Party on the grill
The key to ensuring your garden party survives the distance is to keep everyone well fed!
And nothing says 'party' like picky food. We have some great grazing ideas that will keep everyone happy until the main event!
Smoked Sea Salt Peppers
500g Padron peppers
250g sweet baby red peppers
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Sea salt
Prepare your smoker with charcoals and get the temperature to roughly 200C
Heat a heavy skillet – or you can place it directly on the grill grates
Toss the peppers with olive oil
Cook peppers in a single layer, turning until blistered for about 5 minutes
Transfer to a cooling rack for 10 minutes and sprinkle with the sea salt
Serve
