Party on the grill

The key to ensuring your garden party survives the distance is to keep everyone well fed!

And nothing says 'party' like picky food. We have some great grazing ideas that will keep everyone happy until the main event!

South African Boerewors

Boerewors literally translates as "Farmer’s Sausage" it is a beef sausage from South Africa and makes an excellent accompaniment to your BBQ tapas spread.

  1. Preparation couldn't be easier –throw on your grill and let it sizzle for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

  2. Serve with a spicy pepper sauce or a chutney – we like Mrs H.S. Balls Original Recipe Chutney, which also pairs very well with grilled Halloumi.

Finally, we're all for making life easier, especially when time can be better spent (finally) socialising! So, top up your tapas table with shop-bought products such as; hummus, olives, Manchego cheese, chipolatas (great for keeping the kids happy!), sundried tomatoes, artichokes, bread – the list is endless!
