Time to get saucy!

A true grill master is only as good as their tools.

So, once you’ve installed your all singing, all dancing outdoor BBQ kitchen, the next step is to get yourself equipped with the right grilling tools and accessories for the job.

Starting with some delicious Rubs, Marinades and Sauces!

As you can see, at BBQ Kitchens we’re serious about our research and the list of sauces we know, use and love is ENDLESS. So, here’s a quick run through my personal top three faves.

Do you remember back in the 90s when Encona Hot Sauce was the in thing? Well, Traeger’s Sugar Lips -  a classic sweet glaze with a kiss of Sriracha heat - has definitely knocked it off the top spot (and if you’re not yet a convert, I suggest getting your hands on a bottle immediately!) There’s not a lot I haven’t put this sauce with. Still, good old-fashioned chicken has to be your first place to start.

Ok, this one’s a little out-there, but I *promise* you that it’s incredible! With a flavour profile of coffee and black pepper, it pairs well with any sweet BBQ sauce and gives an unusual twist to your favourite foods. Try it with a ribeye steak!

My third and final recommendation is for the fish fans, although this delicious Fish and Feather savoury rub pairs perfectly with deep water swimmers and feathered fliers! It’s as versatile as it is mouthwatering thanks to its blend of garlic and paprika.
